Class Policy

 

ABSENCE

 

*Students will receive makeup class credit if we receive notice at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Exceptions may apply for extenuating circumstances such as sickness and family emergencies. 

Makeup class credits must be used within one to two months after the season ends (see example below).

 

Example of makeup class time frame,

 

If a student is enrolled for 12 classes (3 months), then their missed class credits can be used for the following month/4 weeks. After 4 weeks, students' makeup credits will expire.

 

If a student is enrolled in 24 classes (6 months), then their missed class credits can be used for the following 2 months/8 weeks. After 8 weeks, students' makeup credits will expire.

 

缺席

 

*如果我们在开课前至少 24 小时收到通知，学生将获得补课学分。例外情况可能适用于情有可原的情况，例如疾病和家庭紧急情况。学生的补课学分必须在赛季结束后的一到两个月内使用（见下例）.

如果学生注册了 12 门课程（3 个月），那么他们错过的课程学分可用于接下来的一个月/4周的时间范围。4周后，学生的补课学分将到期。

 

如果学生注册了 24 个课程（6 个月），那么他们错过的课程学分可以用于接下来的两个月/8周的时间范围。8周后，学生的补课学分将到期。

 

Term of Enrollment

 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Third Space art studio, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except for illness and injury resulting directly from willful misconduct on the part of the Third Space art studio and its employees. I understand and agree that by signing the waiver, I am freeing Third Space and its employees from any liability resulting from my child/children's participation in the art program.

 

I give my permission to Third Space to use my child/children's name, photographs, and videos of the students for commercial purposes and will not seek any means of compensation.

 

入学期限

 

我同意保护 Third Space 艺术工作室并使其免受损害，无论是由于疏忽或其他原因造成的，除非因第三空间艺术工作室及其员工的故意不当行为直接导致的疾病和伤害除外。我理解并同意，通过签署弃权书，我免除了 Third Space 及其员工因我的孩子参加艺术项目而产生的任何责任。
